At Rypple, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can delete your data using one of the following methods:

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account profile and personal information
• Your volunteer profile and preferences
• Your organization memberships
• Your peer group memberships
• Your volunteer opportunity applications
• Any content you have created on the platform

Data We May Retain

In certain cases, we may need to retain some information for legal or legitimate business purposes:

• Legal compliance: Information required by law or to protect our legal rights
• Fraud prevention: Data necessary to prevent fraud or abuse
• Aggregated data: Anonymized, non-personal statistical data that cannot identify you

Third-Party Data

If you signed up using Facebook, LinkedIn, or another third-party service, deleting your Rypple account will not delete your data from those services. To remove data from third-party providers:

• Facebook: Visit your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites to remove Rypple access
• LinkedIn: Visit your LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Other applications to manage app access

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
